What the appointment includes
Our Hard Gel service provides a comprehensive treatment that includes the removal of previous material, nail shaping, cuticle cleaning, nail bed alignment, and the sculpturing of your nails to your desired length using hard builder gel, followed by the application of gel color. This is a 60-70!minute session ensures that you'll leave with beautifully crafted, long-lasting nails. Time and pricing doesn’t not include removal any other material then existing hard gel material
The technique
Why this one is done dry
- The nail is not swollen
- We never soak. The nail is at its true shape when we build on it, so the finish bonds flush instead of lifting as the nail dries back down.
- The cuticle line is cleaner
- A precision e-file lifts away only the dead tissue sitting on the nail plate. Colour reaches right to the edge with no gap.
- Less damage to the natural nail
- Minimal to no drilling on the natural nail, with TPO-free, HEMA-free gel brushed on rather than flooded on.
- It lasts three to four weeks
- Because it bonds properly onto a clean base, most clients get three to four weeks before it reads as grown out.
